Beautiful Story

Assalamualaikum 

*pssst, please read slowly*

Hey, get married and have babies. Have a husband who will love you with all his might. Never neglect you and never get bored saying the words 'i love you'. He has his time for you no matter what. He always spare no glance to other girls. He has no interest to girls but only you. Just simply because he wants you. He never get too close to his girlfriends just to make sure you aren't getting hurt, not a little. Because his love for you is just too high as he doesn't want you get even a scratch. He only sees you in his eyes.


He makes of all his work time to ensure you'll have a bright future with him afterwards as well as the life of the kids. He makes his work time and eagerly want to go home because he misses you. To see you. Be with you. He called whether you have the lunch of his favorite ready or not. *start daaah dia ni* He ask you how his little child  doing.


Oh, he is already in front of the door with his tired face and the office bag in his hands. He has a smile in his eyes. You greet him with a sweetest grin. You have your sweetest perfume put on. You take his hand and kiss it lovingly. He replies by kissing your forehead so meaningfully. You carry his bag, and walk him to the dining table. He has his arm around your waist. You ask him to sit. You put the food in his plate, wash his hand with lukewarm water and watch him eating so excitedly. Delicious, he said. He smiled, and then you started to eat.


There is nothing left. He finished up the meals and sip his orange juice little by little. You get all the plates collected, get them washed. He rinses his hands and offer you to help. No thanks, you said. He hugs you from the back and kiss you on the cheek. Thank you my dear, he whispers. You are smiling with butterflies in your stomach. He says, I got to see the baby first and then take my bath. I miss him so much, our little baby. As much as I miss you my dear. He left. Slowly, you feel the exact happiness. And..

Haaah enough enough maaan. Grammar tunggang langgang. Haha okay, continue buat kerja.

Resepi Apam Polka-Dot Gebu

Assalamualaikum 

This makanan comel boleh dibuat sendiri.

Hello semua. Saya tengah cuti mid-term. Dua minggu duduk melepak dekat rumah. Kengkawan uni lain sila jangan jeles tau UiTM banyak cutinya hihi. Kalau jeles juga, sila apply masuk UiTM. Okay, tak payah. Gurau je. Karang berduyun apply UiTM.

Harini saya nak kongsi sikit pasal resepi apam polkadot versi gebuuu punya. Resepi ni origin dari Majalah Rasa, dipetik pula dari blog MamaMimi. Diolah ke dalam bahasa dan gaya penulisan saya. Tetiba je rasa nak buat apam polkadot comel ni. Saja post dekat blog sebab malas nak menyalin resepinya. Nanti nak buat, boleh terus bukak je blog. Bawak terus tablet ke dapur. Nampak tak dia punya malas dekat situ? Nanti nak buat tu, tak tahu lah bila ye.

Okay, ini apam perisa strawberi tapi fillingnya letak blueberi. Nak letak filling tu, terserah yang mana hang suka.

APAM STRAWBERI 

Resepi : Ain Rusli

Bahan-bahannya:

140 gm tepung gandum
1 1/2 sudu teh baking powder - diayak sekali bersama tepung gandum
110 gm gula halus
75 ml susu segar atau susu cair
2 biji telur
1 sudu kecil ovalette
1/2 sudu esen vanilla / perisa strawberi
Filling/perasa adalah mengikut citarasa masing-masing
Sedikit perwarna hijau - untuk daun
Sedikit pewarna merah - untuk strawberi
Sedikit pewarna putih - untuk biji strawberi
30 keping mangkuk kertas

Langkah-langkahnya:
  1. Pukul telur dan gula halus sehingga kembang.
  2. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum dan serbuk penaik yang telah diayak bersama diselang-selikan dengan susu segar.
  3. Selepas itu, masukkan ovalette dan perisa vanilla. Putar sebati hingga nampak kembang dan gebu.
  4. Bahagikan adunan kepada beberapa bahagian dan titiskan pewarna.
  5. Masukkan setiap warna dalam piping bag atau plastik bersih.
  6. Picit adunan ke dalam mangkuk kertas.
  7. Letakkan filling yang digemari, untuk lebih mudah masukan ke dalam plastik kemudian picit.
  8. Picitkan lagi adunan yang sama sehingga penuh dan kemudian dot-dot kan dengan warna pilihan.
  9. Kukus 10-15 minit sehingga masak.

Nota:

Panaskan air sampai mendidih. Lepas tu sederhanakan api. Masukkan apam. Jangan gunakan api besar semasa mengukus untuk mengelakkan apam ni jadi merekah atau mekar. Gunakan api yang sederhana sahaja, ingat. Digalakkan untuk balut tudung periuk anda dengan kain bersih untuk mengelakkan air wap kukusan menitis jatuh ke atas apam dan menyebabkan apam tidak cantik. Adunan ini akan menghasilkan 30 biji strawberi. Jangan biarkan adunan terbiar tanpa ditutup. Nanti banyak lubang-lubang udara dekat apam sebab adunan tadi masuk angin. Antara rahsia apam anda gebu adalah ovalette diletakkan akhir sekali selepas tepung diputar sebati.

Isikan separuh adunan ke dalam paper cup, kemudian sedikit filling dan tutup kembali memenuhi paper cup.

Kemudian boleh la guna skill melukis anda ye. Maklumlah, saya ni ada juga trait seni melukisnya. Haaa, lukis daun pastu dot dot kan bijik strawberi. Senang kan?

Taraaa! Selepas 15 minit, apam anda dah siap dan sedia untuk dimakan oleh mulut comel anda semua!
